The “award winning” 5 axis design allows for more flexibility in how you produce and what pieces you can cut. It also provides the strength to machine any precious metals or steel dies for coin striking. Almost no material is out of question when using the Neo 5-axis including some stone materials with the addition of our cooling system.
Space-saving design combined with a large work area allow for a large range of production without making the sacrifices a large machine would require. Unlike some similar-shaped mills that use sectioned frames which lose strength and rigidity; the Neo line’s unique L-frame provides the unit with the strength to cut even the hardest materials. The high speed and extremely precise servo motors, allow you to do a high volume of work with none of the sacrifices of other machines. With the addition of a four slot ATC (automatic tool changer) you can further increase performance.
